What You Need To Know About the HCG Maintenance Phase

by Stephanie

As most HCG dieters should know, there are 3 phases of HCG diet plan. They are known as Loading, Maintenance and Stabilization Phase. The HCG maintenance phase is the 3 week period after you finish your procedure of the orally directed human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG).On the other hand; there are a few basic guidelines that you should follow.

First of all, you must weigh yourself daily and should remain less than 2lbs when you weigh yourself after you have taken the last dose of HCG. Avoid including sugars and starches on your diet. You should be aware that it is very important to take enough protein rich food on this stage.  Right after the three days of dieting and the last dose has been taken, the dieters can now eat anything they please given that they should not eat sugar and starch rich foods.

Some of the Pros and cons of the HCG diet maintenance phase are as follows:

HCG has demonstrated itself to be ground-breaking in treating problems regarding size.
With a very low calorie diet, it is clinically verified that one can lose 1 pound per day and a 20 pound weight loss is likely with the diet.
HCG will never work without the VLCD or very low calorie diet.
If someone misses the mark to stick to the 500 calorie per day diet policy, it would most likely to become unsuccessful in your goal.

If you plan to use the HCG diet, be certain to know that HCG diet is free from all kinds of side effects.
However, inadequate dosage can cause slight difficulties like headache, vomiting, nausea, tenderness of breast in women or nausea.

Using the HCG protocol can regenerate your skin and give a renewed and vibrant look.

When you are experiencing your monthly menstrual period, it is always encouraged to stop the HCG dose if you are doing injections, but not if you are doing the HCG drops.
You can lengthen and adjust the intake period for extra 72 hours to complete the course after your period ends.
Pregnant women should never take HCG dose.
The time period to begin the maintenance phase is not 3 days after your last taken dose of the orally administered human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) Fat Release System, it should be exactly 72 hours.

It will only take you about 3 weeks before the weight arrives at the end of the treatment and becomes steady. This will normally end your worries for violent fluctuations after a random excess in your diet. For the duration of this period, the dieters must understand that the so-called carbohydrates, that are sugar, rice, bread, potatoes or pastries, are by far the most risky food to take. If no carbohydrates whatsoever are eaten, fats can be spoiled in somewhat more generously and even small amounts of alcohol, such as a glass of wine with meals will do no harm. This has to be strictly observed carefully during the first 3 weeks after the practice is ended otherwise frustrations are almost sure to happen.

Question, what about people who are on Thyroid medication? would this diet be successful? Any problems taking HCG? Thank you

Thyroid issues might slow you down a bit, but you will still lose quickly and be very successful. Just keep taking your medication as directed by your doctor. Thyroid issues won’t stop you from being successful though.

You eat the maintenance foods. No starches or sugar. Keep track of your weight daily and if needed do a steak day. Ask your provider for help. Don’t you have a coach helping you?
