Everyone has the right to be healthy and happy. One of the leaders in making sure that this statement is a fact is the HCG drops diet. It has been one of the most sought after regimen in the weight loss industry and has helped millions of people accomplish their weight loss and health goals.

HCG or Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is a natural-occurring hormone that is found in pregnant women. It has been primarily used for decades to help cure various diseases for both men and women. Recently, HCG has become an important part of most weight loss programs that promise to help dieters loose up to 3lbs a day. This product has been claimed to affect the hypothalamus. It is a part of the brain that helps regulates bodily functions and metabolism. When used with a proper HCG diet drops diet plan, this can activate the discharge of stored fats in the body, minimize hunger and reprogram the body’s metabolic capacity. This metabolic alteration permits the dieter to keep a long term weight loss control.

Weight watchers consuming homeopathic HCG diet plan or program will not only lose weight promptly, but have been known to entirely restructure the dieter’s bodies without working out disproportionately.

To construct your own HCG drops diet plan, try to consider the following:

1. By the start of your diet, try to weight yourself to know your point of beginning.

Do this every start of the week to see the progress of your diet as well as to keep track of your weight.

2. For breakfast, try taking herb tea instead of organic or processed tea or coffee.

This can extremely improve your blood circulation and certain herbs have specific positive effect on the body. Take note that there should be no sweeteners since they affect the diet.

3. Eat one serving of fruit in the middle of the day to keep the body hydrated and stuffed.

You need this energy to get through the challenges of possible craving.

4. Eat your lunch around twelve-noon.

If you are having meat, all detectable fat must be cautiously removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed uncooked. It must be boiled or grilled without added fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish should be taken out of the picture.

5. Strictly follow the rules.

When taking your oral dose of HCG drops, do not brush your teeth, drink any form of liquid or eat for 20 minutes. This will allow the residue to carefully seep into your system.

6. Eat dinner from 6-8pm so that you will have time to digest the food before going to bed.

Make sure that you are well hydrated all throughout the diet so that no threat of any danger would arise.

For the first two days of taking HCG drops, remember that you should be eating high calorie food that contains high fat and sugar level. There is no limit in the number of calorie of type of food that you should take. The loading stage is very important which is why it is crucial that you load properly during this stage of your HCG drops diet plan.

do we brush our teeth before taking the drops or how long do we wait before washing our teeth or do we brush them after taking the drops?

It doesn’t matter. Brush whenever you feel like.

I need to take drops twice a day 15 minutes before meals. For breakfast I am only drinking tea so does that mean I take the drops before lunch and before dinner.

Take your product as soon as you wake up. You only take it 3 times a day.

so I started the diet last Tuesday and have continued to eat normally..in other words, I’ve screwed up badly. Should I stop taking the sublingual tabs and start over or try and fix my major gaf?

Last question, while on the 500 calorie diet, is it 500 calories of various foods or can it just be 500 calories a day? I LOVE soup, find it filling and thought it might be an easier alternative to the separate items…

Thanks!

The diet isn’t actually 500 calories, that’s a myth. You eat the food from the list in the right amounts. Don’t count calories or you will fail. So stick to the list. And you can get back on track, no need to start over. Unless you want a fresh mental start. Recommit to this and set a goal. You have to be committed to make it work. It’s a simple plan, but takes planning.
