Not if you do the diet correctly and make sure not to go back to old habits. After the low calorie phase you do a “maintenance” phase which will help set your weight point and also instill new habits in you. So if you do it right and keep the good habits you won’t gain any of it back. Just watch yourself dailiy and you can see what is effecting you and you can make changes. You are in control, nothing else.

if i have completed the 21 days and i want to go another 21days, do i need to stuff myself again for the two days before restarting the diet again? should i just skip the maintenance and go right back to phase 2 until i feel satisfied to maintain my accomplished weight?

You can go 40 days, so if you’ve already done 21, you can go another 19 before you have to do maintenance. No need to do loading because you haven’t stopped your round. But when you being your next round make sure to load.

Do you go to your family dr and ask for the prescription? I know there is a weight loss place in my area called the last diet ever and they do the consultations etc, but it is like $500 to get started. Have you ever had your dr. tell you no that they will not prescribe it? I am a little worried about asking for it. I know that it is controversial and I am not sure where my dr. stands on the issue. I am about 20 over my ideal body weight and my bmi is about 27. thanks!

Go to the main page of this site and you’ll see who I use. No need to use injections and have to get a prescription. That’s the old way to do the diet. Plus, your doctor isn’t a specialist and he won’t be able to help you through the diet plan when you need it. So your doctor will probably be more harm than good. Work with a place that can coach you. But 500 is WAY to much in my opinion I did multiple rounds and didn’t have to pay that much.
