I started my period yesterday & was gonna start this plan tomorrow. Should I wait? My period comes about every 20 days now. If I am near the end of the plan & start my period do I have to stop or can I continue.

I’d just wait until your cycle is over, then start your round. You can start now if you want but it’s usually better to start right after.
