HCG Diet Plan Phase 1- The Basic Facts

A thorough physical examination is needed before you begin your HCG weight loss journey. The first phase is the most wonderful and fun part of the program. This is also called as the loading phase because you allow yourself to eat anything you want for the first two days. You do not have to feel guilty about. The reason behind this phase is that you have to keep your body well stocked with normal fat deposits. Here some secret facts you need to know during the first phase of the diet.

1. Drink lots of water.

Yes, you heard it right. Water plays an important role in our body. You need to hydrate yourself with at least 64+ ounces of water during this phase of the diet. This also helps remove toxins out of your system.

2. Exercise, exercise, exercise.

During the loading phase, you also might want to consider walking for at least an hour each day. This way, you will be preparing your body for the rigorous phase of the diet.

3. Eat healthily.

The first phase does allow you to anything especially foods high in fat content but it wouldn’t hurt if you choose foods that are healthy. Eating an apple and breadfruit everyday for the first two days of the program will not only help you lose weight, but will also keep you stay healthy.

The path to weight loss is not always easy. That’s why it is important for any dieter to stay motivated. The first phase of the HCG diet may not be all that hard to follow. Hi Stephanie,
You have given the best overview of this diet I’ve seen anywhere, so this is the first time I feel confident asking a question. What day is considered the 40th day? 40 days after the 1rst loading day or 40 days after the 1rst VLC diet day? Sorry if it’s a repeat question. I thought I saw it and now I can’t find it and I’m now at that point. Thank you,



Day 40 is counted from the first day of loading. So the first day you start taking our HCG diet product you start counting. Hope that helps.
